Just wanted to let you what a great success our Pinehurst Mixed Foursomes event on Sunday was!
A loud, laughing and happy group of members sat down to an excellent lunch, apparently for some it was a very late night... Everyone loved the format, Kathy did an excellent job of getting this off the ground, along with help from the others.
After lunch, I was speaking with Murray and Di Hill, both were very complimentary of the entire day, and Di in particular was most praising of the lunch and in particular the great service provided by the team on the floor and bar. She hoped that we could continue to build on this sound foundation for a happy F&B future.
Well done to everyone involved, we have a winner on our hands, and look forward to a great event for the club.
I also appreciate the costing of the lunch provided to the members - thank you on behalf of everyone in attendance.

Dear Adam,
I would like to officially thank you, the chef and staff for making our Christmas in July lunch yesterday so enjoyable.
Everyone enjoyed the meal and no one went home still feeling hungry.
Judy and Phil (the vegans) were thrilled with their meal and also send their thanks to the chef.
Your venue is excellent and as you would have noticed no-one was in a hurry to go home. It was great to dine in a location with a view and great acoustics where those of us who are hard of hearing could converse in comfort.

The night was fantastic! The food was amazing and more than enough, the three ladies behind the bar were all very lovely and helpful. The flowers were spectacular and really dressed the room. Everyone I have spoken to had an amazing time we all drank and ate lots.
I want to thank you and your team for making our engagement party as enjoyable as it was.
All the guest were very impressed with the whole night.

She and her guests had a wonderful time and there was so much talking we didn’t always listen to the food orders, so it was quite challenging for your staff!!

Anthony, as you are aware I recently celebrated my 50th birthday with around 65 guests in the Faldo Room.
I cannot begin to tell you how impressed those attending were with the venue, the food (we had the finger food menu) and the service provided by the staff. The way in which the guests were treated and made to feel welcome was a credit to them and reflected well on the Club as a whole.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my comments to the relevant people.

Dear Adam, thank you and your staff very much indeed for all your hard work yesterday to make our annual Pier to Point Golf Day such a success. We had a great morning's golf and then to come in out of the rain to such a nice welcome and lovely dining room was a great pleasure, the anti pasto platters were delicious and we all enjoyed them and the wine and coffees, so thank you again and look forward to coming again next year.

Excellent food & good wines. The WA Sem/Sauv Blanc that Nathan sourced was an excellent call for Friday pre lunch drinks & lunch. Staff did a great job & the Alfresco with table nappery looked 1st class courses also got great comment.
